Opal Aesthetics Appointment Policies

Late Arrival Policy:

Opal respects the time of all our clients and staff. With every booked appointment, our staff reserves time exclusively for you and your treatment. To avoid delaying clients who are booked after your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. In this situation, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you are unable to reschedule, you will be charged a non-refundable cancelation fee (see cancelation policy for details).

Cancelation Policy:

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a non-refundable charge of $50 to the saved payment method in your Aesthetic Record account. To avoid this cancelation fee, please provide a cancelation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointment Modification Policy:

If you need to make changes to your appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or by contacting our office during business hours at 843-226-1884. Please make all changes no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
